-All HVAC units are boxed in for better efficiency. Was originally left open to laundry area with a very difficult to reach area for filter replacement. Now the return filter opens to living space and will not pull hot air and lint from laundry space.
-All units have brand new more efficient elongated toilets.
-All units have new vent fans in the half and full bath. Upgraded to vent with LED lighting to add an additional light source in the bathrooms.
-All units have brand new ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. Modern with LED lighting.
-All interior walls in the units are painted in a single color with a premium enamel paint by BEHR. Color is Flannel Gray in eggshell sheen, with the trim in Valspars exterior white latex in semi-gloss sheen. -All units first floor ceilings were scraped to remove popcorn ceiling and repainted with Valspar flat ceiling paint.
